today (or yesterday to be precise) was the first time we had an official cg prayer meet where there's nothing else but praising, worshipping and praying. sometimes we are too busy or act as if we are busy that we forget to pray. i almost forgot how powerful a prayer can be, it can move a mountain rite? miracles beyond imagination.
i experienced it before. and i want to experience it more.
it has to start from my daily life yah.. *calling for repentance*
after the 'prayer meet', some of us (the gals) decided to embark on a journey at raffles just to find a particular shop that could make many gals drool. alas, as we couldn't find the right direction, we came too late. the shop was closed and the fierce security guard didn't let us in!!! LOL. really joke of the night.. after walking so much. anyway we took it as an exercise =p
i've been wanting to make a post on hope KS ppl.

the gals reached here earlier of last week and kok heng came on sat. i was alone at home at that moment, kinda suspicious at first when a stranger (a man some more) knocked on my door late at nite... as the rest had not reached home, i ended up talking with him first, it's very interesting to hear what's going on back there at kota samarahan (kuching), they are mainly a tertiary group and here in spore for the youth camp.
brought them to sunday ss as well, met the whole cg and we took a nice pic together =)
after that as a good host (as we all ought to be), i brought them around orchard, sight seeing and shopping, dinner and we ended the day at esplanade. they're very excited in taking pictures. huili's camera was so cute with the shape of a goldfish. you don't see that kind of camera here in spore haha.
it was a really fruitful tiring day, really glad to know them. i think it's a great thing to know more bros and sis from overseas hope. you could learn from one another, making friends all over the world.
and you know what, the gals love anime!! it's really amazing, we could talk the same language, anime language.
apart from that, last week was filled mostly by working. hmm.. went to casting crown concert at efc yishun with jus and roy. we had dinner too long and ended up late. it's only 5 mins late and we couldn't enter the auditorium.. can't believe it ><
so we sat down at this waiting room (imagine america room but much much bigger). it was quite disappointing but since they had very good sound system and projector, by closing my eyes i could actually feel the band near. so it's not so bad after all. and yes they are good.
after the whole thing, we ended the day with swensens' apple crumble, fries and ice cream. these guys always thwart my diet plan. LOL.
kind justin took a detour to accompany me in taking the bus home.. all the way. what a good brother.. i gotta say this out to up his market value HAHA..
oh well continue to next time, i need to sleep-
