i woke up in horror today..never in my life i felt so pig lolx. the late nite soccer match really drained my energy. joel showed me a website to watch espn online, it was amazing. you don't need a cable tv to watch world cup after all, and the pic was quite clear mind you.. i guess nowadays internet can do anything.

by the way do you know that lack of sleep can indirectly cause you to be fatter? i read an interesting article on losing weight (in summary):

1. control your food.. eat five mini meals a day -small nutrient dense meals.. avoid fried food... drink lots of water
2. exercise.. really work out
3. lift weights.. muscles at right place will be nice
4. walk walk walk
5. sleep properly
6. a supportive buddy to keep you motivated and focused on your goal

yeah man.. i'm gonna do this! at least i'll try my best.. haha.

i went to nic's place for the part time work, once again played with the kids.. some of them were really cute especially the boys. they were quite smart for their age. it's so important to lay a good foundation while they're still young, that's why being a teacher is a noble job indeed.
i guess it's the same as when we are guiding a new believer, or even older believer as long as someone that you guide, gotta take the role seriously and pass on the right thing =)
