the noel noel was cool, mm clip was nice, drama was great (no room.. no room ^^), the total no of visitors and ppl receiving Christ.. a lot... what else can i say? wonderful day.
fri 24th dec
spent the day in office but surprisingly i enjoyed it. john suddenly messaged me out of the blue and we managed to meet up and went to the night ss together. haven't seen him for ages and he hasn't changed at all, being so supportive towards all the ss programmes hahah... anyway it's great to just sit back and be the audience, finally saw the dance (thank God for them dancing 6 times). xmas is indeed the time when ppl's hearts are opened again. and one thing that is just so true.. it's ironic when we give one another gifts yet not the bday boy Himself.
after that from nexus went down to eugene's house alone, felt angry at myself for being angry towards someone else.. oh well holy spirit calmed me down, besides it's really nobody's fault. anyway reached there to be confused by eugene haha he's giving me wrong directions thru the phone.. was thinking why the house so quiet, but the moment i opened the bedroom door... waa shipwreck... with mahjong, ps2, and etc etc, all cramped inside ^^
first thing that i did there was to spill the soup onto my pants and floor.. oops.. no wonder in most of the cards i was affirmed for bringing joy to the group thru my clumsiness and blurness hahaa... anyway it was not long then we started to pass cards and gifts around, and time to cut the log cakes! hendra was doing countdown.. 4..3..2..1..1..1..1..1.. well cos we have not really gathered yet haha... it was great except for the durian log cake arrrghh.. the smell was ndescribable... and they accidentally cut the choc cake with durian at the side of the knife, the moment i tasted it, there's this funny feeling in my mouth and tummy that i just had to run to toilet to throw everything's out, and begging for plain water... i think i gave eugene's mom a shock.. to me durian = vomitting.
Played mahjong then, but after winning a few rounds, suddenly just lost the interest in it hahaa so i switched to that unbelievably hard to win wwe game... i was totally trashed by joe and also hendra... didn't give me chance to retaliate boo hoo.. gave up.. went to balcony instead to have a nice talk with jus and roy. that's a really nice place to sit and far from all the noise made by the others. we shared a lot and i guess i got a bit emotional as i recalled one of the biggest disappointment i had in my life. hendra came to join after that.. followed by mei2, shufen, joe, eugene and bao.. haha we ended up sitting in circle and talked from A to Z with cup noodles as supper (thanks to our so hospitable host). it's amazing that we could have so many topics from backsliders, homosexuality, dreams, scary moments, evil spirit and demons, etc etc until ermm almost 6 am? haha... and the 4 young ones still playing mahjong (let's give a clap to yaoguo, joel, veron n valerie)
it's really a fruitful night spent, ended it with comedy of me scolding joel for giving me 'henge' -_- ......... took a small corner in the room and slept my way thru the morning...

we looked a bit dead, most of us went home to sleep, but i made a trip to orchard instead. why would i be so crazy? hmm accompanied my dear sis for shopping.. slept like a log at night.
sun 26th dec
recharging my battery.. nice weather, peaceful... until alvin, michael and mag came to cook hahah... anyway it's another great day.
reason 1: team hope end year meeting cum retreat! all the shopping and preparation for steamboat was funny, i made some clumsy mistakes again with the tau-pok flying all over the kitchen hahah.. .bloated.. especially with the choc ice cream n log cake at the end of the day also. we got to know one another better again. so glad to have you guys as my leaders and for wanqi welcome to the club! revelation: alvin and peter can really eat ^^
reason 2: someone was so sacrificial to come down and fixed my pc hahaa... well tbk gave me this new hard disk and basically he just made sure my pc can work as how it supposed to be. it's alive and well now, and i need to save up to buy a piece of land to repay him hahah..
reason 3: the keyboard left in RC. never realized how fun it is.. in one night we have so many new keyboardist...
christmas has ended, and really wanna thank God that i could spend it with so much fun and purpose, with this family that i have. our father is really a great one, happy birthday =) *livi* 1:27 PM
