made a discovery today, gym is a nice place! haha... went there today, well for a person who doesn't really like to move a lot i think it's a breakthrough. fruitful trip, ran 2.4 eh i think more than that actually, cycled, did some trekking, pull-push and don't know what machines you call those.. anyway haven't been exercising like this for very long, it's a good feeling. can imagine all the body aching tmw but i don't mind going there again.

lesson to learn : not to go to redhill market after gym... feeling bloated now.

anyway i think today was spent well, went out with susi early in the morning, did a lot of talking and walking, played a lot of games together too haha i'm so sorry to win most of them.. this week gonna be packed with a lot of things to do, great man rather than staying at home.

God has shown us miracles, and is still showing us miracles, therefore i believe with all my heart that He will continue on to show us miracles.
praying for hq..... show us the way amen.
