it's 2004!! that's fast...really fast!!! the retreat was great... the most relaxing retreat i've ever attended haha with so many free and easy time and no teaching, this time retreat was purely for relaxing and fun. the place was nice too, unexpectedly with comfortable bedrooms and clean toilet err well at least it's clean at day 1....
day 1-- 30th dec all cls gathered at tampines mrt. went to the doctor in the morning cos of my annoying cough, the medicine was making me drowsy all day so i was more to enjoying the steamboat quietly rather than being the loudspeaker on day 1 haha... then when all of them were watching pirates of carribean.. cheering for orlando bloom and johnny depp, i chose to sleep instead -- totally defeated...
day 2-- 31st dec this is the ultimate.. with all the people arriving, we're ready for the theme party. the preparation was a chaos man, could see how everyone was so panicky, walked here walked there, trying to make sure their costume and make up were ok. nyp did a very good job, they dressed up like real pirates especially lalita, i'm totally impressed, that is really spirit of excellence. after that we had to do some fashion show so called performance, errm i think i looked really ermm terrible as i needed to be bride of chucky... anyway DI you did a great job too and that's why we won the most creative award!!! clap clap clap hahaha... that's a good murder scene, thank God for huimin's loud scream and danny + germs great preparations for us.
the countdown was wet yup that's the word. thanks ray for introducing me a new kind of shampoo-- coke shampoo... it's super sticky... grrr i shall remember this!!! but i could see everybody really enjoyed the time together specially the water balloons war time. glad to see many newbies and nonbies came. i got to know more friends thru this retreat also, there's this sp guy called arden really impressed me wit his great guitar skills....
didn't sleep at all haha expected actually... me, jasmine, pearline, ray, adeline and guowei were battling to conquer the world in "risk", it's a super long battle and at the end finally ray won the game brilliantly around 7am haiz... but it's a really nice game, at least not bad for me as beginner....
anyway it's over now and i can feel the medicine's working, am going to sleep... what a wonderful year behind in 2003, we shall do even better this year amen?
